How does your service work?
Every situation is different. My promise is to meet you where you are in the organizational process. Whether for your business or home, if you need a help moving boxes you’ll have my hands. If you need help making tough decisions about your stuff you’ll have my support and guidance. If you need to talk through your process you’ll have my ears. If you need to bring more beauty into your space you’ll have my insight and inspiration. If you need to function more efficiently in your space you’ll have my recommendations and guidance. If you need to remove self-retraining obstacles from reaching your potential you’ll have my skills in creative problem solving to get to the root of whats stopping you.
During the assessment call and/or the first session I like to set the expectations of what you’d like organized, why you want to organize and by when you’d like to be organized. We’ll set goals, identify opportunities, prioritize and take action to make your space fit your personal style and function.
My approach is to help shape your space, behaviors and thinking to optimize the impact of your stuff on what you value most. During an organizing session, I am committed to simplifying the discarding process for you. Making things easier is the whole point in getting organized in the first place! It’s my job to help you regain control over your space and I will properly send your unneeded items onto the next step of their journey.
How long does a project usually take?
Every project is different. Some projects have a deadline and some are a lifelong journey towards becoming more organized. The time it takes to complete an organizing project heavily depends on your scenario and your willingness to change your relationship with your environment.
What don’t you do?
I love a good challenge so I’d love to say “nothing”. However, if we come across a scenario where I think a different professional would serve you better, I will gladly refer you to other resources (cleaning, interior design, closet installation, etc.)
I am not certified to handle situations with hazardous materials or pests.
I am also very allergic to cats and dogs, but I love them. If you have cats or dogs, please give me a heads up so I can be prepared. In rare cases I may have to turn down a project due to my allergies. Thanks for understanding and I may be able to refer you to another organizer that is not bothered by pet allergies.

You will know where everything is which results in less time spent searching and less money spent replacing lost items. Life becomes simpler and happier. Your environment plays an important role on your attitude, outlook, and even blood pressure levels. Your external and internal environments are often a reflection of each other. The biggest benefit of being organized are the feelings of control and pride over your space rather than your space oppressing your ability to function and relax.
Which areas of the house do you service?
The process of creativity and organization, although dynamic in nature, is adaptable to any area of the home. I will help you with the workshop, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, attic, garage, basement, craft room, kids room, living space, closets, kits, games, inventory, food, etc.
Will you work with me or just coach me?
I’m here to serve you and assist in helping you reach your organizational and creative goals. Whether or not that requires hands on or hands off guidance will depend entirely on you and your situation. I will meet you where you are in the process, but you get to drive the project and I will assist in whatever capacity required.
How do I get started?
Simply contact me here and tell me what needs to be addressed, what rooms/areas you’d like organized, and any other details you’d like to include. Then we can set up a time for our initial session.
What takes place at the initial meeting?
I come and evaluate the space(s) as-is and formulate a plan of action. Depending on the situation, this plan may be broad or specific (i.e. Clean out basement vs create a system for incoming mail). We will discuss what problems you have with the space(s), what your vision is for their functionality, and what is currently working for you. We will briefly sit down and sign some official paperwork to initiate the project. If you feel good about the plan, we can get started right away (unless the evaluation determines that more resources are needed first). The initial evaluation usually takes 10-30mins.
Will you be flexible and able to work around my schedule?
Flexibility is so important for the work I do. It is my goal to help the world be more flexible and for that I will definitely work with you on scheduling appointments that work best for you.
Will my sessions be confidential?
Absolutely! I understand that organizing someone’s belongings is a deeply personal experience for many and it’s imperative that you feel comfortable working with me through this process. Therefore, all meetings, conversations, and questions are between me and you. Referring to previous work is important for other clients’ learning because it helps them understand what works for other people, however names and locations are not shared during these instances, only concepts.

What if I only need you for a few hours?
No sweat. Besides the initial meeting, there is a minimum of 2 hours per appointment.
What payments are accepted?
I accept cash, checks, Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal and all major credit cards. Payment is due at the end of each work session.
